POSTAGE

WE ARE BASED IN AUSTRALIA AND ALL PRICES ARE SHOWN IN AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS

WE USE REGULAR MAIL WITHIN AUSTRALIA.  TO GIVE AN EXAMPLE -DELIVERY TO SYDNEY IS TWO BUSINESS DAY AND TO MELBOURNE THREE BUSINESS DAYS (AFTER PAYMENT CLEARS).

IF YOU WISH TO USE EXPRESS DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA PLEASE EMAIL AND LET US KNOW, AND AN ADDITIONAL $2 WILL BE CHARGED FOR THIS

 

FOR  DELIVERY OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA WE USE AIRMAIL AND DELIVERY TIME IS 5 TO 10 WORKING DAYS.

 

THE PRICE SHOWN FOR DELIVERY OF $6.75 IS FOR REGULAR DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA, AN ADDITIONAL $8 WILL BE CHARGED FOR OVERSEAS MAIL.

Your order will be sent to you by Australia post.  We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen during delivery.

We will not be responsible for delays in delivery by Australia Post.

Stock delays – in high demand times delivery may take longer due to stock being unavailable. We will always endeavour to meet all orders as soon as possible, and will not be held responsible for delays.

 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We will happily refund your money for the cost of the bra (not postage) or exchange the bra if you are not happy with the product or it doesn’t fit.

You must first email us, within 7 days of receiving the product and obtain a refund or exchange number. This number must be included when sending back your purchase.

If you wish to obtain a refund or exchange then the following conditions must be met:-

-         you have obtained by email from us a refund or exchange item number

-         labels must still be attached

-         the bra must not be damaged, altered or worn.

-        you must send the receipt with the returned product and

-      the bra must be in its original packaging

PAYMENT METHODS

We will accept payment in the form of credit card (Mastercard and Visa),  direct deposit and PAYPAL. If you would like to use PAYPAL please email first info@ubras.com.au  The shopping cart is a secure system and your card details are not retained.

Bank account details for direct deposit will be given when completing your purchase using the shopping cart
